Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026. Previous version: 11 March 2020.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the websites luxurygirl.com, luxgrl.com and fuxxme.com, including their subdomains (such as www), and of the features, content and materials on them (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by MX21 OÜ, registry code 14848975, Lõõtsa tn 5-11, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 11415 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (“MX21”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which is the controller of the personal data described here.
Please read this policy carefully. It describes what information we collect, how we collect and use it, when we share it, and how you can access, correct or delete information about you. If you do not accept this policy, please do not use the Site.
What information do we collect?
The Site has no user accounts, no shop and no payments. You can use it without telling us who you are. We collect the following.
Information your browser sends when you visit. Like any website, our servers and the providers that host and deliver the Site (collectively, “operational service providers”) receive technical information with every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and device type. We use it to deliver the Site, to keep it secure, to fix errors and to count visits and clicks on our links. We also use the country associated with your IP address and your browser’s language and time zone to show the Site in your language and in the version intended for your country. Our log of page requests stores your IP address only in shortened form, with its last part removed (for example, 203.0.113.0 instead of 203.0.113.45): this still shows the approximate country, but not your connection. We keep this log for up to 13 months.
Statistics about how the Site is used. To understand how visitors use the Site, we run Umami, an open-source web analytics tool, on a server we run ourselves in Germany; no analytics company receives this information. When you view a page, it tells our server which page you viewed, the page or link that brought you to the Site (including campaign tags in the address, such as “utm_source”), which buttons and links you clicked and in which part of the page (including links to OnlyFans, Fansly, Telegram and social networks), your browser’s language, your screen size, and the type of your browser, operating system and device. From your IP address our server determines your approximate location (country, region and city); the statistics do not keep the IP address itself. To count how many different visitors come in a month, the IP address is combined with your browser details and a value that changes every month into an identifier that does not contain your IP address. This statistics tool does not use cookies and stores nothing on your device. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, no statistics are recorded. We keep these statistics for up to 13 months.
Information you send us. If you write to us, for example through the “Business inquiries” form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company (if you give one) and message, together with the page and language of the Site you sent it from. The form sends this information to our server, which forwards it to our team by email. The server keeps a copy only if our mail service is temporarily unavailable, and only until the message has been delivered. To protect the form from automated spam, the server uses your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent from one connection, and its log records that a message was sent and from which IP address, but not what it said. We use this information to answer you and, where relevant, to discuss a collaboration.
Information stored on your device. The Site stores a few small items in your browser:
- the cookie `lg_lang`, which remembers the language you chose by hand, for 12 months (it is set only if you pick a language);
- `lg-role` in your browser’s session storage, which remembers the option you picked in the “Who do you want me to be?” section, until you close the tab;
- `lg-age` in your browser’s session storage, which remembers your age confirmation, if one is shown, until you close the tab.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How do we use your information?
We use the information described above to:
- deliver the Site, keep it secure and fix problems;
- show the Site in your language and in the version intended for your country;
- understand how the Site is used so that we can improve it;
- answer your messages and inquiries; and
- comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.
We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing, measuring and improving the Site and in answering inquiries, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to comply with legal obligations.
Do we share your information with third parties?
We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information. We share it only with:
- our operational service providers (hosting, content delivery and email), which help us run the Site and may use the information only to provide their services to us;
- public authorities, courts or other parties when we are required to by law, regulation or legal process; when we believe it is necessary to investigate or prevent a violation of the law or of our Terms and Conditions, or a threat to the safety, property or rights of us or others; or to defend our interests; and
- a successor or a party involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of all or a substantial part of our assets, change of control, joint venture, bankruptcy, liquidation or other business combination.
We may share non-personal and aggregated information (for example, the number of visitors from a country) with third parties for marketing, advertising or other purposes.
Third-party websites
The Site links to websites that we do not control, including OnlyFans, Fansly, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Twitch and Discord. When you follow such a link, the other website’s own terms and privacy policy apply. Subscriptions, payments and messages on those platforms are handled by the platforms, not by the Site. These platforms may tell us aggregated statistics about visitors who arrived through our links (for example, how many of them subscribed); this does not identify you to us. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.
How do we protect your information?
We maintain commercially reasonable standards of security and confidentiality, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it to perform their duties related to the Site. However, the Internet and electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be secure, and others may unlawfully intercept or access information, transmissions or communications to, from or within the Site. We therefore cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us; you do so at your own risk.
How long do we keep information?
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: server logs for up to 13 months, with IP addresses shortened as described above, usage statistics for up to 13 months, and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), or the authority in the country where you live or work. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children
The Site is intended only for adults. No one under the age of 18 may use it. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe that a minor has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Parents and guardians can use parental control tools to prevent children from accessing material that is harmful to minors.
International transfers
The Site is hosted by providers located in Europe. Some of our operational service providers may process information in other countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area that may not offer the same level of protection. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
Online privacy policy only
This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Site, not to information collected offline. Please also read our Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of the Site, its disclaimers and the limitations of our liability.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post the changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page from time to time for the latest information on our privacy practices.
